Routing to Directory Assistance and Operator Services. 3.1 Upon request by Reseller, to the extent technically feasible, Xxxx Atlantic will provide to Reseller the capability of rerouting to Reseller's platforms directory assistance traffic (411 and 555-1212 calls) from Reseller Customers served by resold Xxxx Atlantic Retail Telecommunications Service dial tone line service and operator services traffic (0+ and 0- intraLATA calls) from Reseller Customers served by resold Xxxx Atlantic Retail Telecommunications Service dial tone line service.

Routing to Directory Assistance and Operator Services. 28.1 Where AT&T purchases either Local Services or Local Switching as an Unbundled Element, upon AT&T's request, GTE will, where technically feasible, provide the functionality and features required to modify the AT&T Customer's line at GTE's local switch (LS) to route all calls to the AT&T Network for local Directory Assistance and the AT&T Platform for Operator Services. AT&T shall pay GTE's costs, if any, pursuant to the pricing standards of Section 252(d) of the Act and in such amounts or levels as determined by the Commission for implementation of such routing.

Neither this Section 28.1 nor any other section contained in this Agreement shall obligate GTE to route, or provide the functionality and features required to modify the AT&T Customer’s line at GTE’s local switch (LS) to route calls to the AT&T Network for local Directory Assistance and the AT&T Platform for Operator Services when AT&T purchases Local Services. Local Directory Assistance and Operator Services calls dialled by AT&T Customers when AT&T purchases Local Services shall be routed to GTE’s Directory Assistance and Operator Services platforms.

ACSI shall pay GTE's costs, if any, pursuant to the pricing standards of Section 252(d) of the Act and in such amounts or levels as determined by the Commission for implementation of such routing.

  • Directory Assistance Service shall provide up to two listing requests per call, if available and if requested by Freedom's End User. BellSouth shall provide caller- optional directory assistance call completion service at rates set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff to one of the provided listings.

  • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Communications and Operations Management a. Network Penetration Testing - Transfer Agent shall, on approximately an annual basis, contract with an independent third party to conduct a network penetration test on its network having access to or holding or containing Fund Data. Transfer Agent shall have a process to review and evaluate high risk findings resulting from this testing.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Termination Assistance Services Following the termination of this Agreement and/or any Ordering Document, the Parties may agree for Axway to provide transition services pursuant to a duly executed SOW, during which time this Agreement will continue in full force and effect solely to the extent necessary to allow such transition services to be performed. Axway agrees that the costs for any such services shall be comparable to the fees charged to other customers for similar types of services.
