Common use of Routine Communications Clause in Contracts

Routine Communications. All routine communications and reports related to the Contract shall be sent to the Department’s Contract Manager. If any information listed on the Vendor Information Form (Contract Attachment E) changes during the life of the Contract, then the Contractor shall update the form and submit it to the Department’s Contract Manager (such update does not necessitate a formal amendment to the Contract). Communications relating to a Customer PO should be addressed to the contact person identified in the PO. Communications may be by e-mail, regular mail, or telephone.
