Route Audits. In this section, CONTRACTOR shall include the route audits conducted during the quarter and the findings from the route audits. This section shall include all of the route audit information required in Section 8.3 of this Agreement.

Route Audits. ‌ 2525 City may conduct or require that Contractor shall conduct a route audit for each of Contractor's 2526 Collection routes by type of material Collected. The period in which the audit is conducted shall be set 2527 by City. City reserves the right to determine which routes will be audited in a particular week and, if City 2528 exercises this right, shall notify Contractor of the routes not less than seventy-two (72) hours in advance. 2529 The route audits shall include the following information for each Collection route:
Route Audits. On the day services start, Athens will have a dedicated team of five (5) route auditors reviewing operational data to ensure we route as efficiently as possible. We will strive to reduce redundancies to minimize our environmental impact and eliminate unnecessary routes. The auditors will review routes, work orders, tonnage reports, and driver-initiated service exceptions. For two weeks after the start of service, RAs will follow collection vehicles to verify effectiveness and efficiency. We will continue these efforts well past the service start date. Route audits will be conducted periodically to promote operational effectiveness and xxxxxx safety in the community, all striving to minimize service day frequencies. Quality Checks Athens will use the newest collection vehicles equipped with the latest in fleet onboard computer technology, called MobilePak, to ensure we provide services to all customers. Mobile-Pak is designed as the primary vessel for communications between operations and customers to ensure service excellence. The Mobile-Pak Tracking System gives drivers the ability to generate service verifications and report service exceptions. Drivers can document service exceptions with a geocoded image and report it back to the customers via automated processes. Drivers can also communicate with customer service to provide service verification with photos and report service obstructions and overfilled containers or contamination. The tablet also provides GPS coordinates, providing customers and dispatch our entire fleet’s real-time visibility. Athens will also extend our call center hours of operations and personnel in the field available to answer questions. Athens will offer Temple City this multi-channel service during extended hours for the transition and beyond.

CONTRACTOR shall conduct 9 an annual route audit for each of CONTRACTOR’s SFD Recycling Service routes. The 10 route audits shall be conducted once each calendar year during the term of this Agreement 11 beginning in the year 2008, with each route being audited in a different quarter each year 12 so that all routes are audited in each of the four (4) quarters during the term of this 13 Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall conduct audits of all routes served by one collection 14 vehicle on five (5) consecutive Work Days. Not later than sixty (60) Work Days prior to the 15 first route audit in each year, CONTRACTOR shall submit to the City Representative a 16 schedule of route audits to be conducted in that year together with a description of the 17 audit methodology. CITY reserves the right to determine which routes will be audited in a 18 particular week and, if CITY exercises this right, shall notify CONTRACTOR of the routes 19 not less than three (3) Work Days in advance. CONTRACTOR shall include route audits 20 performed in each quarter in CONTRACTOR’s quarterly report.

  • Audits No more than once a year, or following unauthorized access, upon receipt of a written request from the LEA with at least ten (10) business days’ notice and upon the execution of an appropriate confidentiality agreement, the Provider will allow the LEA to audit the security and privacy measures that are in place to ensure protection of Student Data or any portion thereof as it pertains to the delivery of services to the LEA . The Provider will cooperate reasonably with the LEA and any local, state, or federal agency with oversight authority or jurisdiction in connection with any audit or investigation of the Provider and/or delivery of Services to students and/or LEA, and shall provide reasonable access to the Provider’s facilities, staff, agents and XXX’s Student Data and all records pertaining to the Provider, LEA and delivery of Services to the LEA. Failure to reasonably cooperate shall be deemed a material breach of the DPA.

  • Contract Audits Eligible Purchaser represents and warrants that it shall cooperate with Enterprise Services, the Office of the State Auditor, federal officials, and/or any third party authorized by law or contract, in any audit conducted by such party pertaining to any Contracts that Eligible Purchaser has made purchases from pursuant to this Agreement, including providing records related to any purchases from such Contracts.

  • Annual Audits Each fiscal year, the School shall provide for an independent annual financial audit conducted in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and Governmental Auditing Standards and performed by a certified public accountant (CPA); provided the Commission may establish an alternative reporting requirement in accordance with State law. The Commission shall provide the guidelines and/or scope of the audit or alternative report and may require minimum CPA qualifications or that the School select from a list of qualified CPAs as provided by the Commission. The School shall provide the completed audit or alternative report to the Commission by November 15 after the conclusion of the fiscal year; provided that the Commission, with reasonable notice to the School, may change the deadline depending on circumstances. The School shall pay for the audit or alternative report if an appropriation is not made by the Legislature for such purpose.

  • Single Audit Subrecipient must be audited as required by 2 CFR part 200, subpart F when it is expected that Subrecipient's Federal awards expended during the respective fiscal year equaled or exceeded the threshold set forth in §200.501 Audit requirements.
