Roster of Arbitrators. Where no agreement is reached pursuant to Article 6.10(c) of the Collective Agreement, the Parties agree to utilize a roster of Arbitrators and a procedure for scheduling Arbitrations, as set out below, for the duration of this Collective Agreement. The entire process will be reviewed during negotiations for a renewal Collective Agreement and, if the Parties are in agreement that the process is working effectively, it will be continued. The Parties agree that the following persons will be asked to serve as a single Arbitrator, on a rotating basis:
