ROOMMATE CHANGE. A ROOMMATE CHANGE occurs when at least one or more RESIDENT(S) will be remaining in the apartment during the current lease term or any renewal thereafter, and wish to replace an existing roommate(s) with a new roommate(s). No roommate change is allowed without the execution of the Roommate Change Addendum and the Roommate Change and Deposit Brief and they shall be signed by ALL persons therein designated. New Roommate(s) must apply and qualify for occupancy. Only one (1) roommate change per lease term is allowed. If the vacating roommate(s) are due any security deposit refund, any such refund is to be collected by the vacating roommate(s) from the remaining and/or incoming roommate(s). A one hundred dollar ($100.00) Administrative Fee is charged for processing. Airbnb rentals, short term online rentals, and 3rd party rental contracts are not allowed. RI

ROOMMATE CHANGE. No roommate change will be authorized without first obtaining PROPERTY MANAGER’S written consent and completion of the Lease Change form and signatures of all Lessees and incoming Lessees. The incoming Lessee(s) must pay a deposit, complete an application and qualify to occupy the residence; move in on incoming Lessee(s) will not be permitted prior to the completion of these items. Administrative fees will apply.

  • Climate Change 1. The Parties recognize that the climate change and its adverse effects are a common concern. In that sense, and under their international commitments, the Parties agree to promote joint measures to limit or reduce the adverse effects of the climate change. 2.   • Rate Changes Pricing is fixed for the base term of the Agreement. Thereafter, Firm may request an increase to hourly rates to account for changes in the market prices for legal services. Any increase is subject to Citizens’ approval at Citizens’ sole discretion, and must be evidenced by a formal amendment to this Agreement. Price adjustments shall not be applied retroactively. Alternative fee arrangements must be pre-approved by Citizens in writing.

  • Room Change Residents may submit requests for housing assignment changes. Students are not permitted to move or trade spaces without administrative approval. Once a housing assignment change has been approved, the resident must move in accordance with prescribed timeframe and abide by all appropriate key policies. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action and fees associated. Students are financially responsible for rate differential if applicable.

  • Shift Change Where employees are assigned mid-week to work a non-day shift (whether due to emergencies or a shift change) and as a result lose a shift in the regular work week, such employees will be paid six (6) hours for such loss of earnings.

  • Schedule Change When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, all forms of penalty pay shall be waived by the employee. When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, overtime compensation for that workday, but not for work over forty (40) hours per week, associated with the changed schedule shall be waived.

  • Casual Conversion (a) A casual employee who has been rostered on a regular and systematic basis over a period of 26 weeks has the right to request conversion to permanent employment:

  • Roommates The Resident may be notified prior to move-in the name and contact information of their roommate (and vice-versa). This disclosure is to enable the roommates to get acquainted and to arrange bringing common supplies to the Residence. Roommate changes may be requested for cause at any time. The Manager’s first priority is to try to mediate any dispute between roommates. Such devices include, but are not limited to, load coils, excessive bridged taps, low pass filters, and range extenders. Excessive bridged taps are bridged taps that serves no network design purpose and that are beyond the limits set according to industry standards and/or the XxxxXxxxx XX 00000.
