Room Heating. Heating for the complex shall be as a minimum, a dual heat system using forced air flow set at 20 degrees Celsius and thermostatically controlled electric baseboard heaters. The individual heat control system to include in-floor ducting, approved tight sealing registers and deflectors, and thermostats located 5'0"feet (1.524m) above the floor level on the opposite wall to the baseboard heater.

Room Heating. Throughout the Term, VIU will provide a heating system sufficient to provide a comfortable temperature in the Room and will operate, maintain and repair that heating system. During any period in which the heating system is not functioning to the standards set out about, VIU will use commercially reasonable efforts, after receiving notice of the deficiency, to have the system repaired and functioning as soon as may be possible in the circumstances. In no event is VIU liable to you for any consequential illness or discomfort and VIU shall not be deemed to be in default of its obligations under this Agreement, so long as it is using commercially reasonable efforts to have the system repaired.

  • Heating The Hirer shall ensure that no unauthorised heating appliances shall be used on the premises when open to the public without the consent of the management committee. Portable Liquefied Propane Gas (LPG) heating appliances shall not be used.

  • Cheating Cheating is prohibited, and will result in immediate action and termination without compensation.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Ventilation Where noxious or poisonous gases may accumulate, the City shall provide proper protection and ventilation. Proper lighting and ventilation shall be provided for all enclosed working spaces. All work in enclosed and confined spaces shall be performed in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local regulations. Spray painting shall be done only by qualified painters.

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.

  • HVAC A. Heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment will be provided with sufficient capacity to accommodate a maximum population density of one (1) person per one hundred fifty (150) square feet of useable floor area served, and a combined lighting and standard electrical load of 3.0 xxxxx per square foot of useable floor area. In the event Tenant introduces into the Premises personnel or equipment which overloads the system’s ability to adequately perform its proper functions, Landlord shall so notify Tenant in writing and supplementary system(s) may be required and installed by Landlord at Tenant’s expense, if within fifteen (15) days Tenant has not modified its use so as not to cause such overload. Operating criteria of the basic system shall not be less than the following:

  • Bathrooms Record the number of bathrooms found on the concerned premises. (7) Common Areas. Furnish the number of common or communal areas available to the Roommates on the premises. (8) Private Areas. Report the number of private rooms or areas found on the premises that the Roommates can access and utilize (alone). III. Term (9)

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.
