Room Condition Report. Resident must complete a Room Condition Report (RCR) within three (3) days of taking occupancy of an assigned room or apartment. Resident’s failure to complete the RCR shall be deemed an acknowledgement that Resident’s room or apartment, including all furniture, fixtures and appliances, are in good and workable condition, free from defect or damage.

Room Condition Report. Residential Life will complete a room condition report before the opening of residence areas. Occupants of the room should review the report and notify Residential Life of any additions no later than 5 days after occupancy of the residence. Upon termination of occupancy, Residential Life will inspect the condition of the residence. The occupant will be responsible for damages to the residence and furnishings and be accountable for returning the residence to its original condition of cleanliness and order. Appropriate charges as itemized by the University for damage, loss or clean-up are due within 30 days. A resident who vacates a residence without scheduling and completing a checkout appointment with their RA will be charged a $25 improper checkout fee.

Resident will have 48 hours after move-in to inspect the room and furnishings and submit the Room Condition Report to housing staff. Any defects or damage beyond normal wear and tear must be identified by Resident in the Room Condition Report and the University’s electronic work order system within this 48-hour period to be considered for exclusion when assessing applicable damage fees upon move-out. After 48 hours, the Room Condition Report will be marked as accepted and complete.‌
Room Condition Report. (RCR) Prior to, or within one (1) week of the Resident taking possession of the Premises, the Resident shall complete a Room Condition Report detailing the condition of the Premises and said report shall be conclusive evidence of the condition of the Premises prior to, or within one (1) week, whatever the case may be, of occupation by the Resident. At the expiration or earlier termination of this Residence Agreement and following removal of the Resident’s belongings, the Landlord shall complete an additional Room Condition Report on or within 10 days after the Resident gives up possession, and such report shall be conclusive evidence of the condition of the Premises at the expiration or termination of the tenancy. Damages and/or cleaning assessed at move-out will be charged back to the Resident. If the Resident does not complete and submit a Unit Condition Report within seven (7) days of moving into residence, the Resident will automatically be charged a RCR charge.

  • Project Reports; Completion Report 1. The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of the Standard Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the World Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the World Bank not later than one (1) month after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • Evaluation Report 20.5.4.1 The summary evaluation report shall be prepared by the Faculty Evaluation Committee and administrative evaluator(s) and shall include each evaluator’s individual rating. The summary evaluation report shall take into account the results of each of the evaluation components (Section 20.5.3) in order to arrive at an overall rating. When the committee and the administrative evaluator(s) cannot reach an agreement as to the overall rating, the report must include written explanation.

  • ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS A. Special Contract Conditions revisions: the corresponding subsections of the Special Contract Conditions referenced below are replaced in their entirety with the following:

  • Monthly Report A. A Monthly Report shall be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the end of each calendar month of the Period of Operation. Each Monthly Report shall be signed, dated, and certified by Concessionaire, Concessionaire’s Bookkeeper, or Accountant, and contain a Statement of Total Gross Receipts, excluding New Jersey State Sales Tax, derived by Concessionaire from operation of the Concession during the previous month. Each Monthly Report shall be based on the daily “Z” tapes or Point-of-Service (POS) device equivalent for that same month showing each day’s sales activity. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to provide the Monthly Report, when due, shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 9 and 10. Concessionaire shall provide Department with any additional written clarification and/or information necessary to confirm the accuracy of any or all of Concessionaire’s Monthly Reports.

  • Inspection Checklist (check one) ☐ In order to avoid disagreements about the condition of the Premises, at the time of accepting possession of the Premises, Tenant will complete the Inspection Checklist incorporated herein by reference and attached hereto as Exhibit B and record any damage or deficiencies that exist at the commencement of the Term. Landlord will be liable for the cost of any cleaning or repair to correct damages found at the time of the inspection. Tenant will be liable for the cost of any cleaning and/or repair to correct damages found at the end of the Term if not recorded on the inspection checklist, normal wear and tear excepted. ☐ The Tenant is NOT required to complete an inspection checklist.
