Room Charges. The student agrees to pay the University room charges according to the published rate scale for a room in a residence hall which must be paid on or before May 1, 2021 for the Summer 2021 semester. Until all charges are paid in full, no diploma, official transcript, letter of honorable dismissal, or recommendation will be issued.
Room Charges. Unless otherwise specified, this Agreement covers the session(s) you have elected (Session 1, Session 2 or both). Do not send payment with this Agreement. By signing this Agreement, you agree to pay the housing rate as published by the Department of Housing Services for the type of accommodation to which you are assigned.
Room Charges. 1. The Licensee shall pay the room rate that is specified in the established Rate Sheet. The rate of the room will be based on the license term and room type of the Licensee’s assigned room and/or apartment type. Generally, all apartment bedrooms are assigned as double-occupancy and all residence hall bedrooms are assigned at double, triple, or quadruple occupancy. There may be additional terms and conditions set forth online in the University Housing Room Rate, Payment, and Fee Schedule, and those terms and conditions are incorporated in this Agreement as though fully set forth herein.
Room Charges. Unit Owner is fully responsible for all resort charges billed to the Unit during Unit Owner’s stay or the stay of any of Unit Owner’s non-paying guests. The obligations set out in this Section survive termination of this Agreement. Examples of possible room charges are listed on the attached Exhibit B.
Room Charges. Tenant may permit Hotel guests to charge purchases from Tenant to their room account. Tenant shall be solely responsible for ascertaining that any persons purporting to be Hotel guests are in fact Hotel guests and shall further be solely responsible for the credit worthiness of such persons. Landlord shall not be responsible for uncollected or uncollectible charges; provided that Landlord shall have the duty to exercise its good faith efforts to collect any charges by Tenant's customers to their hotel rooms. Tenant shall, at Tenant's expense, use Landlord's point-of-sale system in order to record all guest charges, and Landlord shall make its point of sale system available to Tenant at no cost to Tenant (i.e., Tenant's input devices shall be purchased and maintained by Tenant at its cost but Landlord will not impose an additional charge or fee for the use of Landlord's point of sale system). Tenant agrees to comply with all rules and regulations which Landlord may, in its reasonable discretion, from time to time, adopt to facilitate charges to rooms and/or to minimize uncollected charges.
Room Charges. During the term of this Lease, Tenant shall permit guests of the Resort to charge their room for meals provided to such guests by Tenant at the Leased Premises. Tenant shall xxxx Landlord for these charges on a nightly basis so that Landlord can timely adjust the guest folios to reflect meal charges for which payment is owed. Payment will be made to Tenant for said charges, minus five percent (5%) for processing costs, and Landlord will process and mail such payments to Tenant on a bi-weekly basis. Without having any obligation to do so, Landlord reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to apply any monies collected hereunder against any or all amounts owed by Tenant pursuant to this Lease.

Room Charges. All Room charges and payment deadlines for the 2017-2018 academic year are listed on Exhibit “A” attached hereto. The Student shall pay such charges, and other payments due under or as a consequence of this Agreement (including, without limitation, all applicable deposits, fees, and meal plan charges) by the due date, or the College may restrict dining hall access, withhold degrees, grades transcripts, and registration, and/or terminate this Agreement and hold the Student responsible for all costs incurred by the College resulting from the Student’s breach of this Agreement. Room Charges. In consultation with the Lilly’s on the Lake, the Customer shall select the rental area to be reserved for the party. A chart showing the room charges and Customer’s circled selections shall be attached hereto and initialed by the customer and Lilly’s on the Lake. The reservation is $2 for every expected guest.
