ROOM ATTENDANT WORKLOAD COMMITTEE. In order to provide for regular reviews of the factors which affect the workload of Room Attendants, the Employer will hold a meeting every six months at which will be present a representative group of Room Attendants, their Shop Xxxxxxx, the Shop Chairperson, their Department Head, the Director of Human Resources and the General Manager or another member of the Hotel’s Executive Committee.

ROOM ATTENDANT WORKLOAD COMMITTEE. In order to provide for regular reviews of the factors which affect the workload of Room Attendants, each HIR Tier 1, 2 & 3 Employer, upon request, will hold a meeting every three (3) months at which will be present a representative group of Room Attendants, their Shop Xxxxxxx, the Union Representative and Hotel Representative, their Department Head, the Director of Human Resources and the General Manager or another member or owner of the Hotel’s management.
ROOM ATTENDANT WORKLOAD COMMITTEE. In order to provide for regular reviews of the factors which affect the workload of Room Attendants, each Employer will hold a meeting every six months at which will be present a representative group of Room Attendants, their Shop Xxxxxxx, the Shop Chairperson, their Department Head, the Director of Human Resources and the General Manager or another member of the Hotel’s Executive Committee. The Housekeeping Workload Committee will meet within one month of the date of ratification of this agreement to discuss the potential implementation of carts, with a view to achieving implementation by June 30, 2008, subject to capital approval by Hotel ownership. The carts to be used will be selected by the Employer. The Employer may cease the use of carts at any time if they are found to interfere with the provision of quality service or to result in damage to the Hotel.

  • Scheduling Committee (a) The parties agree to the formation of a Scheduling Committee to discuss and assist in resolving scheduling issues.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.
