Room and Board Fees. The fees for room and board vary depending on choice of meal plan and room occupancy. These fees may be paid pursuant to a schedule provided by the UNIVERSITY which schedule, once provided to the STUDENT, becomes a part of this agreement and STUDENT agrees to make all payments promptly when due.
Room and Board Fees. The Student agrees to pay all required room and board fees. Room and board fees are billed to the Student Account, along with tuition, and may be paid to the Bursar’s office prior to the start of each term. Room and Board Payment has the same due date as tuition. Room and board fees are set by the Board of Trustees. Failure to pay room and board fees when due may result in actions including, but not limited to, late payment fees, removal from campus housing, cancellation of registration, withholding of grades, diplomas, and transcripts, and/or refusal to permit future registration. Room and board fees are non-refundable and Students will not receive a credit for housing during any period of time when on-campus housing is closed due to a campus emergency or circumstances beyond the control of the University, including but not limited to: weather; interruption of utilities; war; fire, flood, or other acts of God; or strike or work stoppage, infectious disease, including, but not limited to COVID-19 or other pandemic, whether determined by the University or other public health authorities, subject to SMU policies and procedures.
Room and Board Fees. Students are liable for all Room and Board fees unless and until they are granted a Housing or Dining exemption in writing from the Office of Residential Education and Dining Services, after which an appropriate adjustment will be made to the Student’s account. The Office of Residential Education and Dining Services cannot consider individual financial concerns in determining fees or assignments. Non-payment of Room and Board fees cannot be used as a form of financial aid. The Financial Aid Office is the only office that is authorized to administer financial aid.
Room and Board Fees. The Student agrees to pay the University occupancy fees at the applicable Room and Board Rates, which may be found on the Tuition, Fees, Room, and Board webpage of the Loyola University Maryland website. In return, the University grants the Student permission (license) to occupy an assigned residence in Loyola University Residences during the Contract Period.

If eviction proceedings are necessary due to non-payment of fees, an eviction administrative fee of $50 will also be assessed. A late charge of 1 percent will be assessed 30 days after due date.

Room and Board Fees. Student/Resident agrees to pay the University room and board charges according to the published rate scale for the board plan and room in a residence hall or City Vista for the academic year, which must be paid on or before the following established due dates for each semester: Summer 2022 – due May 24; Fall 2022 – due August 5; Spring 2023 – due January 5, 2023.
