Roofs. To use all roofs and external walls of the Premises to install, maintain and renew any illumination, signs or other forms of display, or other fixtures. Common Parts and Conducting Media In an emergency, or when works are being carried out to them, to close off or restrict access to the Common Parts, so long as (except in an emergency) alternative facilities are provided that are not materially less convenient. To change, end the use of or reduce the extent of any Common Parts or Conducting Media so long as: alternative facilities are provided that are not materially less convenient; or if no alternative is provided, the use and enjoyment of the Premises is not materially adversely affected. From time to time to designate areas within the Common Parts for particular purposes including as service areas, car parks, service roads and footpaths and from time to time to reduce the size of any designated areas, so long as the remaining areas are reasonably adequate for their intended purposes. [To run Conducting Media over, under or along those areas allocated for the use of the Tenant under paragraph 5 of Part 1 of the Schedule (or allow others to do so) so long as they do not materially adversely affect the Tenant's use of those areas.]
Roofs. The roofs of buildings in the Village are not constructed for pedestrian traffic. Residents must not go onto the roof of any buildings in the Village for both their own safety and to avoid damage. Residents are responsible for and may be billed for any damage they cause to the roofs as a result of a breach of this Rule.
Roofs not to construct, erect or install or permit to be constructed, erected or installed on the Lot:
Roofs. A. Roofs, or portions thereof, will not be permitted so as to be visible from the street(s) or from buildings on other sites unless approved by the Architectural Review Committee.
Roofs. No antenna of any type may be attached to the roofs or exte- rior of the buildings. The roofs may not be used by Tenant for storage or any other purposes.
Roofs i. Except for porch roofs and shed roofs, pitched roofs shall have a minimum slope of 6" x 12" (six inches vertical rise for every 12 inches horizontal run) and shall have an overhang at least 1' (one foot) beyond the building wall; however, the overhang shall not encroach into a setback more than one foot. Porch roofs and shed roofs must have a minimum pitch of 4" x 12".
