Roofing a. Installation of scaffolding, polyethylene sheeting, or tarps, provided such work will not result in additional damage or irreversible alterations to character defining features.
Roofing. Repair or in-kind replacement of roof cladding and sheeting, flashing, gutters, soffits, and downspouts with no change in roof pitch or configuration. Installation of new roofing or reflective roof coatings on a flat-roofed building with a parapet, such that the roofing material is not visible from any public right-of-way.

Roofing. Upon completion of the roofing structural diaphragm and prior to installing flashing, and/or any other roofing materials, the RE shall call a roof mini-preconstruction meeting. The repair or re-framing of structural roof features as required to improve the drainage and durability of the roof, as long as the appearance of the roof lines visible from the front elevation and from other prominent, visible points (for example, the exposed side elevation on a corner lot) is not affected. New installation of gutters and down spouts, as long as this does not damage historic materials or require removal of historic features.
Roofing. 1. In-kind repair, replacement, or strengthening of roofing, rafters, fascia, soffits, gutters, verge boards, leader boxes or downspouts. Also, cement asbestos shingles may be replaced with asphalt based shingles, and untreated wood shingles may be replaced with fire resistant wood shingles.
Roofing. The main roof is clad in medium gray asphalt shingles. If the current shingles require replacement, they may be replaced-in-kind. It is encouraged that they be replaced with the original shingle material and pattern if that material and pattern can be determined by photographic or other documentation. The wood shingles on the tower spire must be repaired or replaced-in-kind.
Roofing. No reflective uncoloured metal sheeting (including corrugated iron), zincalum or fibre cement sheeting may be used in the building of the roof. No roof pitch is to be less than 22.5 degrees. No "A frame" style houses are permitted.
