Common use of Roof and Walls Clause in Contracts

Roof and Walls. Landlord shall have the exclusive right to use all or any part of the roof of the Building for any purpose; to erect other structures over all of any part of the Building; and to erect in connection with the construction thereof temporary scaffolds and other aids to construction on the exterior of the Demised Premises, provided that access to the Demised Premises shall not be denied.

Landlord shall have the exclusive right to use all or any part of the roof and side walls of the Building Premises, the Building, and any other buildings in the Shopping Center for any purpose; , to erect additional stores or other structures over or adjacent to all of or any part of the Premises or the Building; , and to erect and maintain in connection with the construction thereof temporary scaffolds and other aids to construction on the exterior of the Demised Premises, provided the Building, or any other portion of the Shopping Center; provided, that access to the Demised interior of the Premises shall not be denied.
