Role of the deliverable. The role of this deliverable is to describe the Privacy Protection Plan, and build on the foundations of the legal, ethical and privacy considerations that will be adopted during the Miraculous-Life project lifetime. It details the strategy followed by Miraculous-Life project to ensure the responsible and legal control of privacy aspects, focusing on issues like which data to collect, where data will be stored and protected, who will be the data controller and what National legislation to use if data is shared between countries. Also, the exit strategy handling the issue of how to remove the system from the elderly at the end of the project, without creating any ethical implications, is defined.
Role of the deliverable. The role of this deliverable is to develop a set of Home Daily ICT services considering the categories of: Care & Wellness, Guidance, and Education/Leisure aiding the elder in the execution of determined daily life activities at home making use of the collaborative care network as well as a set of safety services to maintain the elderly healthy lifestyle. This is the first version of the deliverable D4.1 (D4.1a) that provide design, implementation and testing of most Home Daily ICT services, databases, methods and the interrelation\connection between them. In particular in this first version, we provide technical details regarding the Agenda and Medication services that are under the care and wellness schema, the Object Location Assistance and Motivation for physical activity services that are under the guidance schema as well as the event and meal assistance services, which are under the Education and Leisure schema. Similarly, it also provides technical details regarding safety services such as Fall detection and Notification. The technical details have been identified by taking into consideration the initial requirements and needs of the end users inferred from the first versions of D1.1a and D1.2a developed in WP1. Note that the methodology provided by Home Daily ICT services and safety services is expected to continuously evolve, thought out the lifetime of the project, according to the changing needs and requirements of the end users and the other related stakeholders and also the supporting functionality (if any) that the other components of the Miraculous-Life system will demand from this component. These changes/enhancements will be described in the second version of this deliverable (D1.2b) which is due to month 24 of the project. This deliverable will be mainly considered by the technical partners of WP4 for the development of Home Daily ICT-based activity services. Moreover, this deliverable will also provide input to WP1, WP3 and WP5 for further implementation, integration and overall system validation work.
Role of the deliverable. This deliverable serves as a reference and provides guidelines in terms of ethical, deontological and legal issues that must be considered by all projects partners (technical and end-users) during the whole duration of the Miraculous-life project. This report includes also a detailed analysis regarding: (1) ethical, legal and deontological considerations concerning practice in research involving human being, (2) legal considerations concerning data protection and security, (3) ethical considerations concerning behavioural analyses technologies, (4) privacy and security requirements of the Miraculous-Life system.

In particular in this version, we provide technical details regarding the Agenda, Invitations, Medication and Shopping Assistance, Food Alerts, Event Management, Group Activities and Household Adviser services that are under the Care and Wellness category, the Object Location Assistance, guidance for physical activity and Motivation for physical activity services that are under the Guidance category as well as the Periodic Advises, Relaxing Activities, Educational Activities and Meal Assistance services, which are under the Education and Leisure category. Similarly, it also provides technical details regarding Safety services such as Fall detection and Collision detection and Notification. The functional specification have been identified by taking into consideration the initial requirements and needs of the end users inferred from the first versions of D1.1a and D1.2a developed in WP1 and enhanced over the time thought the end-users’ feedback/new requests. Note that the Home Daily ICT services and Safety services were continuously evolved throughout the lifetime of the project, according to the changing needs and requirements of the end users and the other related stakeholders and also the supporting functionality (if any) which the other components of the Miraculous-Life system required that were identified throughout the pre-trials. This deliverable was considered by the technical partners of WP4 for the development of Home Daily ICT-based activity services and Safety services. Moreover, this deliverable provided input to WP1, WP3 and WP5 for the development, integration and overall system validation.

  • Closing Deliverables (a) At the Closing, Seller shall deliver to Buyer the following:

  • PRODUCT DELIVERY Delivery must be made as ordered to the address specified on the Purchase Order and in accordance with the terms of the Contract or Contract Award Notice. Unless otherwise specified in the Bid Documents, delivery shall be made within thirty calendar days after receipt of a Purchase Order by the Contractor. The decision of the Commissioner as to compliance with delivery terms shall be final. The burden of proof for delay in receipt of Purchase Order shall rest with the Contractor. In all instances of a potential or actual delay in delivery, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Commissioner and the Authorized User, and confirm in writing the explanation of the delay, and take appropriate action to avoid any subsequent late deliveries. Any extension of time for delivery must be requested in writing by the Contractor and approved in writing by the Authorized User. Failure to meet such delivery time schedule may be grounds for cancellation of the order or, in the Commissioner’s discretion, the Contract.

  • Rights in Deliverables Deliverables are deemed to be licensed pursuant to the same license grant and restrictions applicable to the Software.

  • SERVICE DELIVERABLES You will receive service on the Covered Product as described below: Carry-In: Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Covered Product must be shipped or delivered and retrieved by You at Our authorized service center during normal business hours. In-Home/On-Site: Service will be performed in Your home or on-site as indicated on the Declarations Page of this Agreement, or on Your sales receipt or invoice provided You have fulfilled the following requirements: (1) provide Our authorized technician with accessibility to the Covered Product; (2) provide a non-threatening and safe environment for Our authorized technician; and (3) an adult over the age of 18 must be present for the period of time Our authorized technician is scheduled to provide service and while Our authorized technician is on Your property servicing the Covered Product. In-Home Service will be provided by Our authorized service provider during regular business hours, local time, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Our authorized service center may opt to remove the Covered Product to perform service in-shop. The Covered Product will be returned upon completion. Additional time and mileage charges for in-home repairs outside of twenty-five (25) contiguous land miles or the normal service radius of Our authorized service center are not covered by this Agreement, and are Your responsibility.

  • Rejection of Deliverables The Department reserves the right to reject deliverables, as outlined in the Grant Work Plan, as incomplete, inadequate, or unacceptable due, in whole or in part, to Xxxxxxx’s lack of satisfactory performance under the terms of this Agreement. The Grantee’s efforts to correct the rejected deliverables will be at Xxxxxxx’s sole expense. Failure to fulfill the applicable technical requirements or complete all tasks or activities in accordance with the Grant Work Plan will result in rejection of the deliverable and the associated invoice. Payment for the rejected deliverable will not be issued unless the rejected deliverable is made acceptable to Department in accordance with the Agreement requirements. The Department, at its option, may allow additional time within which Grantee may remedy the objections noted by Department. The Grantee’s failure to make adequate or acceptable deliverables after a reasonable opportunity to do so shall constitute an event of default.

  • WARRANTY – DELIVERABLES The Contractor warrants and represents that all deliverables sold the City under the Contract shall be free from defects in design, workmanship or manufacture, and conform in all material respects to the specifications, drawings, and descriptions in the Solicitation, to any samples furnished by the Contractor, to the terms, covenants and conditions of the Contract, and to all applicable State, Federal or local laws, rules, and regulations, and industry codes and standards. Unless otherwise stated in the Solicitation, the deliverables shall be new or recycled merchandise, and not used or reconditioned.

  • Closing Deliveries (a) On or prior to the Closing, the Company shall issue, deliver or cause to be delivered to each Purchaser the following (the “Company Deliverables”):

  • Project Deliverables The Contractor shall provide each of the following deliverables in writing to the City for review and approval to achieve the project objectives.

  • Other Deliverables For any Deliverable that is not a System Deliverable, the applicable Work Order will set forth the acceptance criteria and other testing required for District to evaluate and accept (or, where necessary, reject) such Deliverable; provided, however, that in no case will a Deliverable be accepted by District until District has provided Contractor with District’s written acceptance thereof.

  • Acceptance of Deliverables The State’s Project Manager shall be responsible for the sign-off acceptance of all Deliverables required and performed/submitted pursuant to this Agreement. Upon successful completion of a Deliverable, Contractor shall provide the State’s Project Manager with a completed Acceptance and Signoff Form (Exhibit E). The State’s Project Manager will apply the standards established in Exhibit D and the acceptance criteria set forth in subparagraph B of this article, as appropriate, to determine the acceptability of the Deliverable provided by Contractor. If the State’s Project Manager rejects the Deliverable, the parties agree to any dispute(s) resulting from such rejection(s) will be resolved as set forth in this article. Acceptance Criteria for Deliverables (“Criteria”) provided by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement include: Timeliness: The Work was provided on time; according to schedule; Completeness: The Deliverable contained all of the, Data, Materials, and features required by the Agreement; and Technical accuracy: The Deliverable complied with the standards of this Agreement, or, if this Agreement lacks a standard for provision of the Work, the currently generally accepted industry standard. Contractor shall provide the Deliverable to the State, in accordance with direction from the Project Manager and as provided for in Exhibit D. The State shall accept the Deliverable, provided that Contractor has delivered the Deliverable in accordance with the Criteria. The State’s Project Manager shall assign the Acceptance and Signoff Form to notify Contractor of the Deliverable’s acceptability. If the State rejects the Deliverable provided, the State’s Project Manager shall submit to Contractor’s Project Manager a written rejection describing in detail the failure of the Deliverable as measured against the Criteria. If the State rejects the Deliverable, then Contractor shall have a period of ten (10) Business Days from receipt of the Notice of rejection to correct the stated failure(s) to conform to the Criteria.
