Common use of Road Shows Clause in Contracts

Road Shows. In connection with this Agreement, Seller, the Company and their respective Affiliates shall use reasonable best efforts to make available the Company’s executives to participate in customary “road show” presentations that may be reasonably requested by Purchaser; provided that Purchaser reasonably accommodates Seller’s scheduling requests.
