Excavation and embankment may not proceed on road segments controlled by said RPs until Purchaser resets all moved or damaged RPs.

SUBSECTION TIMING 1-20 COMPLETE BY DATE Purchaser shall complete construction and pre-haul road work before the start of timber haul.
