ROAD ACCESS. Members are reminded that they must have 24-hour all weather access and safe road access for milk tankers under all weather conditions to the dairy. This includes ensuring that any bridges on or leading to the farm are structurally sound and can bear the load of a milk tanker.

ROAD ACCESS. The roadways associated with this LEASE primarily provide for access by emergency vehicles in the event of a downed aircraft. LESSEE shall not, at any time, during the LEASE term allow or permit any vehicle, equipment, materials, harvested crop, crop residue, irrigation water or water transport pipelines to block, obstruct or in any way render any roadway associated with this LEASE impassible to vehicles.
ROAD ACCESS. The COUNTY will cooperate with CITY in providing access to CITY and KCS, to all Fort Xxxxxxx park roads for the purposes of this Agreement. The COUNTY will ensure that all CITY and KCS maintenance vehicles are given ready access to Fort Xxxxxxx. If necessary, the CITY will apply for a COUNTY Temporary Construction Easement to complete the work to repair any defects in craftsmanship or defects in materials.
ROAD ACCESS. The Condominium Project is served by public roads.

ROAD ACCESS. School and its guests shall have access to this new road for purposes of ingress and egress to School Parcel 2 for School purposes only, not general access to the public at large.

ROAD ACCESS. (i) Lessees are permitted to use for the Lease Term, for purposes of the operation, maintenance, repair, retirement and remediation of the Transmission Facilities and NGS, all access roads located outside the Leased Premises on Reservation Lands and recognized as a portion of the Navajo Nation road system by the Navajo Department of Transportation or in consultation with the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs (“BIA”), if necessary; provided, however, that the Lessees are not obligated to maintain such roads, except for maintenance made necessary by Lessees’ use of such roads.
