ROAD ACCESS Clause Samples
The Road Access clause defines the rights and obligations related to the use of roads for entering or exiting a property or site. Typically, it specifies which parties are permitted to use certain roads, any restrictions on the type or timing of access, and may outline maintenance responsibilities or requirements for keeping the access route clear. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of how and when roadways can be used, thereby preventing disputes over access and maintaining orderly use of shared or private roads.
