Riverside Community. Credit Union and any other companies or entities involved in the design, development or operation of RCCU’s Home Banking Product are not responsible and shall not have any liability for any loss, expense, injury, cost or damage resulting from any access obtained to account information or any transactions performed on any account which occur prior to notice by you to Riverside Community Credit Union that the Account Number or PIN may have been disclosed to or obtained by any unauthorized person, other than those transactions for which we are responsible, as explained through our EFT Agreement.

Riverside Community. College District acknowledges and agrees any attempt to circumvent Xxxxxxx by entering into an agreement, partnership, joint venture, memorandum of understanding, or any other verbal or written arrangement with a third party could materially and detrimentally impact the revenue stream of this agreement and the assumptions and circumstances on which this agreement is based. In such event, the guarantee shall be eliminated immediately and the parties agree to discuss the renegotiation of the financial terms of the agreement.
Riverside Community. College District Bookstore personnel shall continue service only so long as their work and personal behavior are acceptable to Xxxxxxx and Riverside Community College District. Xxxxxxx will comply with written requests by Riverside Community College District to remove or reassign store personnel, including Bookstore managers, for good cause.

  • Academy 1.10 Where any legislation, legal requirement or published guidance is referred to, unless otherwise stated, the following terms should be interpreted as follows:

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence.   • Home Health Care This plan covers the following home care services when provided by a certified home healthcare agency: • nursing services; • services of a home health aide; • visits from a social worker; • medical supplies; and • physical, occupational and speech therapy.

  • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors.   • Credit Union Examination We may disregard any information on any check or draft other than the signature of the drawer, the amount, and any magnetic encoding. You agree that we do not fail to exercise ordinary care in paying an item solely because our procedures do not provide for sight examination of items.

  • SBC-7STATE will notify the Commission of the names of all transferred Resale End Users whose local service was terminated pursuant to Section 9.7.5.
