Risk of Investments. Each Participant assumes all risk associated with any decrease in value resulting from Participant investment decisions. None of the Administrator, the Trustee or the Employer will be liable for investments made in compliance with a Participant’s directions and they will be under no duty or obligation to review or evaluate such investment directions by any Participant. The Participant must agree (on a form provided by the Trustee) that the Administrator, the Trustee or the Employer are relieved from all liability for any loss resulting from investments made by the Participant or Beneficiary.
