Risk Assessment. BA shall biennially conduct a thorough assessment of the potential risks to and vulnerabilities of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of CE’s PHI that BA receives, stores, transmits, or has access to, and shall provide CE with a written report detailing the results of the assessment within 60 days of completing it.
