Rights, Warrants, Etc. Pursuant to Instruction, the Custodian shall (a) deliver warrants, puts, calls, rights or similar securities to the issuer or trustee thereof, or to any agent of such issuer or trustee, for purposes of exercising such rights or selling such securities, provided that the new securities and cash, if any, acquired by such action are to be delivered to the Custodian, and (b) deposit securities in response to any invitation for the tender thereof, provided that the consideration is to be paid or delivered or the tendered securities are to be returned to the Custodian.
