Rights Surviving Termination. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, any rights reverting to the Author shall be subject to all licenses and other grants of rights made by the Publisher to third parties pursuant to this Agreement. Any and all rights of the Publisher under such licenses and grants of rights, and all warranties, representations, and indemnities of the Author, shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement. Rights Surviving Termination. All of Storage Solutions’ rights shall survive the termination of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, You shall remove all property from the Unit, vacate the Facility in good and clean condition and deliver the Unit to Storage Solutions in the same condition as when delivered on the Start Date. You shall leave a forwarding address with Storage Solutions.
Rights Surviving Termination. The termination of this Agreement shall not affect the rights and liabilities of either Party arising during the period for which it is effective or release either from the obligation to pay arising under this Agreement during its effective period.
Rights Surviving Termination. If any Party terminates this Agreement in whole or in part, Austin has the right to receive payment for all purchases provided before the date of termination and not previously paid.
Rights Surviving Termination. If either party terminates this agreement, Xxxxxx County has a right to payment for all services provided before the effective date of termination that have not been paid for.
Rights Surviving Termination. If any party terminates this Cooperation Agreement in whole or in part, PlanRVA has the right to receive payment for all expenses incurred before the date of termination and not previously paid.
Rights Surviving Termination. A Party’s right of termination under this Agreement, and the exercise of any such right, shall be without prejudice to any other right or remedy (including any right to claim damages) that such Party may have in the event of a breach of contract or other default by the other Party. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason the provisions of Clauses 3.4, 4.4, 5.2, 6, 7.4, this Clause 7.5 and any provision of this Agreement necessary for the interpretation or enforcement of this Agreement, shall remain in force.
Rights Surviving Termination. City’s right to bill and collect any fee that became due during the term of this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
