Rights Prior to Termination. Employee shall be entitled to his full remuneration and benefits hereunder during such illness or incapacity unless and until an election is made by the Company to terminate this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this Article.

The Executive will be entitled to reasonable accommodations from the Company so that the Executive is not prevented from performing his duties by illness or injury.

However, if Executive becomes eligible for payment of compensation under a Company long-term disability plan, to the extent that Executive’s full base salary under 3.1 exceeds the amount of long-term disability compensation, Company shall continue to pay Executive any difference up to the amount of base salary, unless and until Company elects to terminate Executive’s employment under Article V.

The termination or expiry of this Agreement or the assignment or transfer of the rights or the obligations under this Agreement by either Party shall not prejudice any right or remedy available to either Party arising out of this Agreement which has accrued prior to the date of such termination or expiry (as the case may be).
