The interests in a conservation easement held by the United States, which the United States may exercise under specific circumstances in order to take sole ownership of the conservation easement and enforce its terms. This applies only to conservation easement deeds pursuant to cooperative agreements entered into in 2006 through 2008.

This Agreement shall be subject to modification to the extent necessary to conform to such statutes and regulations as amended.
