Common use of Rights of the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Rights of the Trustee. (a) The Trustee may rely on and shall be protected in acting, or in refraining from acting, in accord with any resolution, Officer's Certificate, certificate of auditors or any other certificate, statement, instrument, opinion, report, notice, request, consent, order, approval, appraisal, bond or other paper or document reasonably believed by it to be genuine and to have been signed or presented to it pursuant to this Trust Agreement by the proper party or parties.

Rights of the Trustee. (a) The Trustee may conclusively rely on and shall be protected in acting, or in refraining from acting, in accord with acting upon any resolution, Officer's Certificate, certificate of auditors or any other certificate, statement, instrument, opinion, report, notice, request, consent, order, approvalbond, appraisaldebenture, bond note, coupon or other paper or document reasonably (whether in its original or facsimile form) believed by it in good faith to be genuine and to have been signed or presented to it pursuant to this Trust Agreement by the proper party or parties.

Rights of the Trustee. The Trustee need not investigate any fact or partiesmatter contained therein.

The Trustee need not investigate any fact or partiesmatter contained therein.
