RIGHTS OF THE EMPLOYEES. Section 3.1. It is agreed that all employees subject to this Agreement shall have and shall be protected in the exercise of the right, freely and without fear of penalty or reprisal, to join and assist the Union. The District shall take whatever action required or refrain from such action in order to assure employees that no interference, restraint, coercion, or discrimination is allowed within the District to encourage or discourage membership in any employee organization.
