RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS. 5.4.1 If the Data Controller receives a request for the exercise of a data subject’s rights under the Applicable Law and the correct and legitimate reply to such a request necessitates the Data Processor’s assistance, the Data Processor shall assist the Data Controller by providing the necessary information and documentation.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS. 9.1 Online undertakes to reasonably cooperate with the Client in order to guarantee that requests from Data Subjects provided for under Data Protection Regulations to exercise their rights are met within the time limits and in accordance with the procedures laid down by law and, more generally, in order to ensure full compliance with the Data Protection Regulations. In this respect, Online undertakes to notify the Client of any request by a Data Subject it received.
