Common use of Rights of the Buyer Clause in Contracts

Rights of the Buyer. Each Seller hereby authorizes the Buyer and the Servicer (if other than such Seller) or their respective designees to take any and all steps in such Seller's name necessary or desirable, in their respective determination, to collect all amounts due under any and all Receivables, including, without limitation, endorsing such Seller's name on checks and other instruments representing Collections and enforcing such Receivables, the Invoices and the provisions of the related Contracts that concern payment and/or enforcement of rights to payment.

Rights of the Buyer. Each Seller hereby authorizes the Buyer and the Servicer (if other than such Seller) or their respective designees to take any and all steps in such Seller's ’s name necessary or desirable, in their respective determination, to collect all amounts due under any and all Receivables, including, without limitation, endorsing such Seller's ’s name on checks and other instruments representing Collections and enforcing such Receivables, the Invoices and the provisions of the related Contracts that concern payment and/or enforcement of rights to payment.

Each (a) The Seller hereby authorizes the Buyer and the Servicer (if other than such Seller) and/or its designees or their respective designees assignees to take any and all steps in such the Seller's ’s name and on behalf of the Seller that the Buyer and/or its designees or assignees determine are necessary or desirable, in their respective determination, appropriate to collect all amounts due under any and all ReceivablesSale Assets, includingincluding indorsing the name of each of Fair, without limitationDurham and Xxxxxxx, endorsing such Seller's name as appropriate, on checks and other instruments representing Collections and enforcing such Receivables, the Invoices and the provisions of the related Contracts that concern payment and/or enforcement of rights to paymentSale Assets.
