Rights of Review. This ARTICLE XXIX does not give Grantor the right to review a license that is not directly related to the Award being audited nor does it allow Grantor to unilaterally revoke a license without complying with all due process rights to which Grantee is entitled under Federal, State or local law or applicable rules promulgated by Grantor.

Rights of Review. As required by 2 CFR 200.336 and 2 CFR 200-338, ADOT, FHWA, and FTA shall have the right to access and review the work (and approval or concurrence as appropriate) and upon request contractor shall provide all information and reports, including, but not limited to: all technical reports, the annual report, and all planning and data prepared for CYMPO. If ADOT, FHWA, and/or FTA finds that the work performed fails to comply with any requirement (e.g., work elements or tasks are not conducted in accordance with approved Work Programs, or work elements or tasks are found to be inconsistent with federal or state regulations or guidelines, or products/services were incorrectly procured), ADOT, FHWA, and/or FTA may use the enforcement actions contained in 2 CFR 200.338 to remedy the situation and any other appropriate remedies available at law for as long records are retained.
Rights of Review. All parties to this Interlocal Agreement and the affected federal funding agencies (e.g., FHWA, FTA, and FAA) shall have the rights of technical review and comment on TPO’s projects.

Rights of Review. 11. SCOOP shall submit all promotional materials making any reference to, or representation on behalf of, IBD, to IBD for approval prior to use. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, and will be deemed granted unless IBD notifies SCOOP otherwise within two weeks of the receipt of such request for approval.

Rights of Review. 14.13.11.1 The decision to not accept an excess employee for redeployment constitutes an employment decision pursuant to Xxxxxxx 0 xx xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxx 0000. Excess employees retain their full rights of conciliation and review under Sections 59-62 of the Public Xxxxxx Xxx 0000. For redeployment matters subject to review, the status quo will apply and the process to fill a vacancy will not proceed in any way until completion of review processes.

  • Rights of Inspection In order to ensure that the Quality Standards are maintained, Licensor and its authorized agents and representatives shall have the right, but not the obligation, with prior notice to Licensee, to enter upon the premises of any office or facility operated by or for Licensee with respect to Sprint PCS Products and Services and Premium and Promotional Items at all reasonable times, to inspect, monitor and test in a reasonable manner facilities and equipment used to furnish Sprint PCS Products and Services and Premium and Promotional Items and, with prior written notice to Licensee, to inspect the books and records of Licensee in a manner that does not unreasonably interfere with the business and affairs of Licensee, all as they relate to the compliance with the Quality Standards maintained hereunder.
