Rights of Possession. In the case of any Events of Default; or if the notice provided for above in Section 26.03 shall have been given and this Lease shall be terminated, then in all or any of such events, in addition to and not in lieu of all other remedies of Landlord, Landlord may re-enter the Demised Premises by summary proceedings, or otherwise, and dispossess Tenant and the legal representatives of Tenant and/or other occupants of the Demised Premises, and remove and dispose of (by sale or otherwise) all property located therein and repossess and enjoy the Demised Premises, together with all Alterations, additions and improvements, all without being liable to prosecution or damages therefor, and without any obligation to account for sums received, if any.
Rights of Possession. So long as Xxxxxx performs and observes all of the covenants, agreements, terms, and conditions hereof on the part of Lessee to be performed and observed, Lessor covenants that Lessee shall peacefully have and enjoy the Dayroom without hindrance or interference by Xxxxxx.

Whilst this License Agreement affords the Licensee the right to use the Entropy Software, BSI PROFESSIONAL SERVICES EMEA LTD shall own all rights, including without limitation all copyrights, patent rights and trade secret rights, in and to any software, documents and any information constituting BSI PROFESSIONAL SERVICES EMEA LTD’s Confidential Information. The Licensee shall own all rights, including without limitation all copyrights, patent rights and trade secrets, in and to any documents, analytics and data produced by the Licensee. BSI PROFESSIONAL SERVICES EMEA LTD remains the sole owner of the Entropy Software and all software and documentation contained therein or thereabout.
