Common use of Rights of Assignee Clause in Contracts

Rights of Assignee. From and after the date upon which Administrative Agent notifies the assigning Lender that it has received an executed Assignment and Assumption: (1) the Eligible Assignee thereunder shall be a party to this Agreement and, to the extent that rights and obligations hereunder have been assigned to it pursuant to such Assignment and Assumption, shall have the rights and obligations of a Lender under this Agreement; and (2) the assigning Lender shall, to the extent that rights and obligations under this Agreement have been assigned by it pursuant to such Assignment and Assumption, relinquish its rights and be released from its obligations under this Agreement.

Rights of Assignee.
