Rights, Obligations and Responsibilities. The Complainant Employees who feel that they have been subjected to harassment are encouraged to make every reasonable effort to inform the respondent that behaviour is offensive. A meeting in a neutral office will be arranged for the purpose of discussing complaints at the request of the employee. It is the right of every employee who is subjected to harassment to file an internal complaint, without fear of embarrassment or retaliation. Rights, Obligations and Responsibilities. 1. WWFM shall operate and manage a farmers’ market for and on behalf of the Town Saturday mornings at the Morrisville Healthy Food Hub site on Town Hall Drive (as shown on Exhibit B). Hours of operation for the regular and winter markets, including setup and tear down will established in the Rules of Operation as updated annually and attached as Exhibit A. WWFM may also operate a farmers market the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, at their discretion. That market will be open from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. WWFM may also operate a craft market up to two times per year, on dates and times to be agreed with the Town, with at least 60 days’ notice. The market will not operate on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, nor on Christmas or New Year’s Days if those holidays fall on a Saturday, nor shall WWFM interfere in the set up for Town events.

  • Role and Responsibilities During the Employment Period, the Executive shall serve as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and shall perform such employment duties as are usual and customary for such position. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”). At the Company’s request, the Executive shall serve the Company and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates in other capacities in addition to the foregoing, consistent with the Executive’s position hereunder.
