Rights in Confidential Information. Except as specifically provided herein, this Agreement does not confer any right, interest or title in or to the Confidential Information to the Undersigned.

Except as expressly provided herein, this Agreement does not confer any right, license, ownership or other interest in or title to the Confidential Information to Independent Contractor.
Rights in Confidential Information. All Confidential Information of the disclosing Party shall be and remain the property of the disclosing Party. The receiving Party shall not obtain any rights of any nature whatsoever in or to the Confidential Information as a result of such disclosure. Upon disclosing Party’s request, the receiving Party shall promptly destroy or return to the disclosing Party all of the disclosing Party’s Confidential Information. An officer of the receiving Party shall certify to the disclosing Party that all Confidential Information has been destroyed or returned to the disclosing Party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the receiving Party may retain one original or one copy of the Confidential Information and must maintain the confidentiality of such Confidential Information in accordance with the terms of this section.

No interest, licence or any right respecting the Confidential Information, other than expressly set out herein, is granted to the Director under this Code by implication or otherwise. Nothing herein contained will be deemed to limit or restrict the rights of the Corporation to assert claims for copyright infringement against the Director. Directors shall receive and hold all personal and financial information in a confidential manner in accordance with applicable law and the Corporation’s Policy on Confidentiality.
