Rights During Disciplinary Actions. Employees have the following rights when involved in discipline: A. Representation. An employee shall be entitled to representation by a Union representative or an attorney, at the employee's expense, at any time after the employee receives the Notice of Pre-disciplinary Meeting. If the employee chooses to secure representation by an attorney or declines Union representation, the employee shall execute a "Waiver of Representative" form found at Appendix C of this Agreement and forward such form to the Union.
