Common use of RIGHTS BY LAW Clause in Contracts

RIGHTS BY LAW. Nothing contained in this Agreement, unless expressly so stated, shall be construed to deprive the Board or any teacher of any right afforded by law. Enforcement of any right afforded by law (as opposed to rights created or recognized in this Agreement) shall be had exclusively through the procedures afforded by that law, and not by procedures established by this Agreement, except as expressly stated herein.
