Common use of Rights as Lender Clause in Contracts

Rights as Lender. With respect to its commitment hereunder, the Advances made by it and the Notes issued to it, the Administrative Lender shall have the same rights as a Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrative Lender, and the term "Lender" or "Lenders" shall, unless the context otherwise indicates, include the Administrative Lender in its individual capacity. The Administrative Lender or any Lender may accept deposits from, act as trustee under indentures of, and generally engage in any kind of business with, the Borrower and any of its Affiliates, and any Person who may do business with or own securities of the Borrower or any of its Affiliates, all as if the Administrative Lender were not the Administrative Lender hereunder and without any duty to account therefor to the Lenders.
