Common use of Rights as a Stockholder Clause in Contracts

Rights as a Stockholder. The Optionee shall have no rights as a stockholder with respect to any Shares which may be purchased by exercise of this Option unless and until a certificate or certificates representing such Shares are duly issued and delivered to the Optionee. Except as otherwise expressly provided in the Plan, no adjustment shall be made for dividends or other rights for which the record date is prior to the date such stock certificate is issued.

Rights as a Stockholder. The Optionee shall have no rights as a stockholder with respect to any Shares which may be purchased by exercise subject to the Option until certificates for Shares of this Option unless and until a certificate or certificates representing such Shares Common Stock are duly issued and delivered to the Optionee. Except as otherwise expressly provided in the Plan, no adjustment shall be made for dividends or other rights for which the record date is prior to the date such stock certificate is issued.
