RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PURCHASER. 32.1 The Seller shall pass onto the Purchaser such guarantees as may be received by the Seller in respect of any item incorporated in the Works shall, to the extent that the Seller is entitled to do so.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PURCHASER. 8.1That the purchaser/s shall have the right to sell, gift, mortgage or transfer or otherwise the ownership of Schedule-B property or let out/ lease out the Schedule-B property to whomsoever after the registration of the same in his/her/ their favor.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PURCHASER. The Purchaser agrees that the Purchaser shall pay to IIUM the Purchase Price for the outright sales of the Product amounting to RINGGIT MALAYSIA XX (RM XX). The Purchaser agrees that the Purchase Price payable by the Purchaser to IIUM for the transmission of the Product shall be exclusive of taxes, duties and charges imposed or levied by the relevant authorities (if any) which shall be paid directly by the Purchaser to the relevant authorities. The Purchaser agrees that the Purchase Price shall be paid by the Purchaser to IIUM within ninety (90) Business Days from the Effective Date of this Agreement. The Purchaser shall remit the payment for the Purchase Price to IIUM through the following: by cheque in the name of Research Management Centre; or by telegraphic transfer to: Bank Name: Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad Account Name: Research Management Centre Current Account No. 1407-0000009-71-8 RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF IIUM IIUM shall transfer the Product to the Purchaser within XX (xx) weeks from the Effective Date of this Agreement.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PURCHASER. (a) Purchase and Acceptance of electrical energy: Beginning on the Commencement of Operations Date for the Power Station, Purchaser will purchase and accept from Seller, at the Point of Delivery, all electrical energy generated by the Power Station and delivered to Purchaser in accordance with the Dispatch Provisions, this Contract, and the Appendices attached hereto. Such purchase and acceptance of electrical energy will also be subject to planned outages and unplanned outages as more fully described in Article 5 of this Contract and the Interconnection and Dispatch Contract, and will be subject to events of Force Majeure as more fully described Article 12.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PURCHASER. 6.2.1 The Purchaser shall pay the indebtedness and the equity purchase price pursuant to this Agreement.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PURCHASER. The rights granted to the Purchaser hereunder and the obligations assumed by the Purchaser hereunder may be exercised and performed by, and any actions to be taken by or deliveries to be made to the Purchaser may be taken by or delivered to, the Purchaser or any other Person acting on behalf of the Purchaser, including, without limitation, Noven and Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PURCHASER. (1) Until the Security Interest has become enforceable, the Purchaser shall be entitled to exercise all rights associated with the ownership of the Securities, including without limitation the right to receive cash dividends, save and except as such rights may otherwise be restricted, limited or otherwise affected under or pursuant to this Agreement.
