Comply with technical regulations on solar power; control the electrical energy quality according to provisions of Clause 1 Article 15 of the Decree No. 137/2013/ND-CP; Articles 40 and 41 of the Circular No. 39/2015/TT-BCT or amended or replaced documents, unless otherwise agreed on by both parties. - Cooperate with Party A in recording, ensuring the consistency and following the electricity consumed, transmitted to the grid, excess electricity generated and revenue earned from electricity generation by Party B.
