Rights and Obligations of Owners. 1. Grant of rights to the First Owner The First Owner shall at all times hereafter, subject to and with the benefit of the Conditions, have the sole and exclusive right and privilege to hold, use, occupy and enjoy to the exclusion of the First Assignee the whole of the Lot and the Development together with the appurtenances thereto and the entire rents and profits thereof SAVE AND EXCEPT the First Assignee’s Unit and the Common Areas and Facilities and SUBJECT TO the rights and privileges granted to the First Assignee by the aforesaid Assignment and SUBJECT TO the provisions of this Deed.
