Trường hợp sau ba (03) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày BVSC xxxxx xxx, Xxxxx xxxx xxxxx xx x kiến thắc mắc phản hồi thì mặc nhiên kết quả giao dịch đó là đúng và BVSC được quyền miễn trừ tất cả trách nhiệm đối với những giao dịch của Khách hàng/Fully informed by BVSC regarding results of Client’s securities transaction periodically or unusually as per requests of Client. In case after three (03) working days from the date BVSC informed and Client had no queries or correspondences, that transaction result shall be obviously deemed to be correct and BVSC shall be exempt from liability for the transaction of Client . 5.4 Được ủy quyền toàn phần hoặc từng phần cho Bên thứ ba thực hiện giao dịch trên TKGDCK theo quy định của BVSC và Pháp luật/Client has the right to authorize fully or partially a Third Party to execute transactions in TKGDCK in accordance with BVSC’s regulations and Laws. 5.5 Khách hàng xxx xxxxx xxxp nhận và thực hiện kết quả giao dịch chứng khoán được thực hiện bởi BVSC phù hợp với lệnh đặt của Khách hàng hoặc người do Khách hàng ủy quyền/Client obviously accepts and executes securities transaction results executed by BVSC matched with orders of Client or of Client’s authorized person. 5.6 Ủy quyền không hủy ngang cho Ngân hàng lưu ký thanh toán cho BVSC Phí dịch vụ, phí, lệ phí khác và thuế theo quy định của BVSC và Pháp luật phát sinh trong quá trình giao dịch chứng khoán và sử dụng các dịch vụ/Irrevocably authorizes Custodian Bank to make payment of service fee, fee, other charges, and taxes arising from securities trading process and using services in accordance with regulation of BVSC and Laws. 5.7 Khi Khách hàng thay đổi số TKLK, Khách hàng phải thực hiện thủ tục thay đổi thông tin Khách hàng theo quy định của BVSC. Việc thay đổi số TKLK dẫn đến thay đổi số TKGDCK của Khách hàng, khi đó tất cả các nội dung, điều khoản, quy định trong các Hợp đồng, thỏa thuận, chứng từ đã ký kết giữa Hai bên theo số TKGDCK cũ vẫn giữ nguyên hiệu xxx, xxợc chuyển giao toàn bộ ...

Rights and Obligations of Client. 3.2.3 Maintaining the management system In order to obtain and maintain a certificate, the Client shall implement and maintain a management system which fulfils the requirements of the selected standard or specification. The client shall provide evidence of conformity and effectiveness of the assessed management system, readily available for assessment by the assigned assessment team. The client shall undertake all necessary action to ensure that the management system is maintained in a conforming and effective manner at all times. The client will be notified of any changes to the certification program or new or revised requirements that effect the Client. BQAS shall verify implementation of changes by the client and initiate required measures in the certification process

Khách hàng cam kết chấp nhận mọi rủi ro, mất mát hoặc thiệt hại nào khác phát sinh khi sử dụng Dịch vụ giao dịxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxc tuyến và các tiện ích, thực hiện Giao dịch trực tuyến do lỗi Hệ thống, lỗi của bất kỳ bên thứ ba hoặc do các hành động, thao tác của Khách hàng ảnh hưởng đến việc sử dụng Dịch vụ giao dịxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxc tuyến và các tiện ích. Do đó, khi phát sinh rủi ro này, Khách hàng cam kết chấp nhận toàn bộ thiệt hại phát sinh (nếu có)/Client commits to research carefully, under BVSC’s fully guidance, understand rules, comply and irrevocably authorize for BVSC to perform contents in Risk Disclosure and Online
