Common use of Right to Work Clause in Contracts

Right to Work. The EMPLOYER and the employees realize that individual employees have the right to work and associate with and for whom they please. This right is not only inherent in the laws of this State and of this Nation, but is necessitated by the interrelated nature of the work covered by this Agreement. All workmen are at liberty to work or cease to work for whomever they see fit, and EMPLOYERS are at liberty to employ or discharge whomever they see fit in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Accordingly, the refusal of any individual employee to work with any other employee, xxxxxxx or person shall not constitute a violation of this Agreement.
