RIGHT TO USE EXECUTIVE’S NAME AND LIKENESS. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive hereby grants to the Company the right to use the Executive’s name, likeness and/or biography in connection with the services performed by the Executive under this Agreement and in connection with the advertising or exploitation of any project with respect to which the Executive performs services for the Company.
RIGHT TO USE EXECUTIVE’S NAME AND LIKENESS. During the term of this ----------------------------------------------- Agreement, the Executive hereby grants to the Company and its subsidiaries the right to use the Executive's name, likeness and/or biography in connection with the services performed by the Executive under this Agreement in connection with the advertising or explanation of any project with respect to which the Executive performs services for the Company or its subsidiaries. If the Company uses any material which the Executive finds objectionable, then forthwith upon notice to the Company by the Executive, the Company and its subsidiaries will cease using such material. If the Company releases inaccurate material without the Executive's written permission, the Company will indemnify the Executive for any losses arising in connection with such release of inaccurate information.
