Right to Terminate. Either Party may unilaterally terminate this Umbrella Agreement or any Annex(es) by providing thirty (30) calendar days written notice to the other Party. Termination of an Annex does not terminate this Umbrella Agreement. However, the termination or expiration of this Umbrella Agreement also constitutes the termination of all outstanding Annexes.
