Right to Terminate Registration. The Company or the holders of securities who have caused Registrable Securities to be included in a registration statement pursuant to Section 3.01 or 3.02 to be filed as contemplated by this Section 3.02, as the case may be, shall have the right to have any registration initiated by it or them, as applicable, under this Section 3.02 terminated or withdrawn prior to the effectiveness thereof, whether or not any Holder has elected to include securities in such registration.
