Right to Stop Work. A. If the Contractor fails to correct defective Work as required, or fails to carry out the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents, the City by written notice, may order the Contractor to stop the Work or any portion of the Work, until the cause for the order has been eliminated to the satisfaction of the City.
