Right to Remain. The School shall comply with the 42 U.S. Code §§11431-11435. Students who fail to attend the School as required by HRS §302A-1132 may be removed from the School’s rolls only after the requisite unexcused absences have been documented and all truancy procedures followed, consistent with HRS §§302A-1132, 302A-1135, and 571- 11, the provisions of the XxXxxxxx-Xxxxx Act, and Commission policy.

Right to Remain. In the event the Second Priority User cannot be relocated due to the unavailability of another Airport Facility, then the Second Priority User shall retain the right to use the Preferential Use Gate until a replacement Airport Facility is identified and available for Second Priority User.
Right to Remain. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 121A.40-121A.56, students who enroll in the School will have the right to remain enrolled in the School through the end of the school year, absent expulsion, graduation, withdrawl agreements, special education placements, or court-ordered placement.
