Right to Refuse to Cross Picket Lines. It shall not be a violation of this Agreement or cause for discharge of any Employee, in the performance of his duties, to refuse to cross a legal picket line recognized by the Union. The Union shall notify the Employer as soon as possible of the existence of such recognized picket lines.
