Right to Refuse to Cross Picket Lines. ‌ An employee covered by this Agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a legal picket line or handle struck work in connection with a labour dispute. Failure to cross a picket line or to handle struck work shall not be considered grounds for disciplinary action or otherwise to be a violation of this Agreement.
