  • Right to Reject Notwithstanding Buyer’s rights pursuant to Sec. 8.5 and save other rights pursuant to this Order, Buyer may reject any goods within 2 months from the delivery if they are materially defective and in Buyer’s reasonable assessment do not allow a commercially reasonable use.
